Data controller

When we process data

• contact form: full name, email, optional phone number, organisation, and message,
• event registration: participant details, guardian details for minors, number of people, consents, and participation requirements,
• donations: data visible in transfers and accounting records,
• email correspondence and technical website security logs.

Legal bases and purposes

• handling enquiries, registrations, and contact: GDPR Article 6(1)(f), the Foundation’s legitimate interest,
• accounting, settlements, and legal duties: GDPR Article 6(1)(c),
• voluntary consent, such as email marketing or image publication: GDPR Article 6(1)(a),
• voluntarily provided accessibility requirements: GDPR Article 9(2)(a), if the information reveals special-category data.

Recipients and external services

Hosting, CMS, email, security, and accounting providers may process data only as needed for the Foundation’s operations. We do not sell data, profile people, or use automated decision-making.

Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo, or Cloudflare Stream load only after the user clicks. Before that, the site does not load these external players or maps.

Retention period

We retain data as long as needed to handle the matter, organise an event, account for a donation, defend claims, or meet accounting and legal duties. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. For personal-data matters, write to integracja.poprzez.sztuke@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

Cookies

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Technical mechanisms necessary for the site, form security, and browser settings may be used. External maps and videos may use their own technologies only after the user starts them.
